Our contract is transparent with short terms and no jargon, ensuring we always operate responsibly for you, whilst confirming exactly what you want us to do for exactly how much, and that’s it. No other contract exists, and never has. This is not a new gimmick; we believe in our ability and put our focus purely on you. Simply put, if you are not happy for any reason you can just walk away. The EPC (energy performance certificate) is just one of the documents required by law for you to be able to sell your property. By all means you can arrange and supply, or alternatively we can at a cost of £90 including VAT. Our standard sale fee is 1.8 inc VAT (1.5% plus vat). Please speak to the listers on your appointment.
