Giving Back

THE BIG SLEEP OUT with MHS Homes for Porchlight and One Big Family.

Emma took part in The Big Sleep out and raised £1185.00 towards the grand total off £21,093.59 that was raised.

In her words, Sleeping (using this word lightly) in a box on the ground with temperatures hitting 0 degrees, wind hitting your face, to point teeth were chattering, feeling numb, exposed and almost vulnerable (and that was when I was surrounded by people) was an experience. πŸ₯Ά but hearing the words of an inspiring man who endured that every day and much worse in his life and still managed to turn his life around with the help of these two amazing charities (one purely voluntary based) was something I will never forget. You never give up on people even when they feel like giving up. The support and love you show, made sleeping in a cardboard box so easy in comparison. Thank you πŸ‘ŠπŸ» Porchlight One big Family. Thank you to  MHS Homes for organising such an event, raising huge amount of money and awareness. Well done. β€ And big thank you to everyone who sponsored me. Truly grateful. πŸ‘ŠπŸ»

MOXY BUNNY

Not all superheros wear capes. Special Easter delivery (400 Eggs) to Medway Maritime Hospital, Demelza Hospice Care for Children and The friends of the Wisdom Hospice. You cannot visit these places and walk away without feeling truly grateful for life. What these ladies and so many others do, day in day out is incredible and they don’t even realise. They are superheros and We salute you all.
